Real Wasabi Aioli

Real Wasabi Aioli                                 

  • 1 T prepared Real Wasabi™ powder
    Wasabi Aoli
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 1 T minced ginger
  • 2 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 egg yolks*
  • 1 c. canola oil
  • Freshly ground salt and black pepper, to taste.

In a food processor, add Real Wasabi™ powder, garlic, ginger, vinegar and yolks. While processor is on, drizzle in oil, slowly at first until it emulsifies then more quickly. Check for seasoning. Store in refrigerator.
